Ramz Al-Ibdaa Company for General Trading and Contracting was established in 2011 in Diwaniyah Governorate, registered with a capital of 1 billion Iraqi Dinars. The company specialises in civil, electrical, mechanical and engineering projects — including building construction, expansion and demolition, roads, pavements, bridges, railways and airports, dams, reservoirs, irrigation and drainage works, as well as water and sewage network installation.
The company also executes electrical contracting works of all types: pumping stations, power generation stations, telephone exchanges, air-conditioning works, electrical and sanitary installations, towers and metal structures.
RAC is led by a licensed engineering team registered with the Iraqi Engineers Union, holds an official 10th-grade contractor classification, and deals directly with government entities through direct-contracting and e-tendering mechanisms.
